Refund Policy

We value your business and want to be clear about our refund and return practices. All spiritual services, readings, consultations, spell kits (once opened), custom-made items, and digital products are final sale and non-refundable. Non-custom physical products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of damaged items. We may offer a replacement or store credit. For items shipped by third-party suppliers, refunds may follow the partner’s return policy. Request a refund by emailing midnightmagicflorida.com/support with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Exchanges only available for defective or damaged products.
