Thank you for supporting Midnight Magic Florida. By placing an order, purchasing a spiritual service, booking a reading, or participating in a candle-spell service, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below. These terms are intended to clearly explain how our readings, spiritual services, handmade products, orders, shipping, and disclaimers work.

1. TAROT & SPIRITUAL READINGS

Tarot and astrology readings are provided for spiritual guidance, reflection, entertainment, and personal insight. Readings are not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. No reading can guarantee a specific outcome, prediction, relationship result, financial result, or future event.

Reading delivery: Unless a listing states otherwise, readings may take up to 48 hours after purchase. Delivery is made using the method described in the individual service listing. Please make sure the contact information supplied with your order is accurate.

Reading cancellations and refunds: Because readings require time and personal preparation, orders are nonrefundable once work has begun or the reading has been delivered. If you need to cancel before work begins, contact Midnight Magic Florida as soon as possible; any refund or rescheduling request will be reviewed based on the status of the order.

2. CANDLE SPELLS & SPIRITUAL SERVICES

Candle spells, ritual work, and other spiritual services are offered as traditional spiritual or folk-practice services and are not guaranteed to produce a particular result. Purchasing a candle spell does not guarantee reconciliation, love, money, employment, legal outcomes, health outcomes, or any other specific result.

Candle-spell orders become nonrefundable once preparation or ritual work has begun. Any stated timing is an estimated service window and may vary depending on the nature of the work, order volume, materials, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a candle or ritual product is shipped to you for personal use, you are solely responsible for following all fire-safety instructions and using it in a safe environment.

3. HANDMADE & PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Midnight Magic Florida products are handmade and may naturally vary in color, scent, texture, shape, appearance, or ingredient characteristics from one item to another. These variations are normal characteristics of handmade products and are not necessarily defects.

Physical products are intended for their labeled spiritual, ritual, cosmetic, or decorative purpose only. Unless a product is specifically labeled for ingestion, do not eat, drink, or ingest it. Do not use products in or around the eyes, on broken or irritated skin, or in any manner inconsistent with the product label.

Patch-test topical products on a small area of skin before wider use. Review the ingredient list before use and do not use a product if you know or suspect you may be allergic or sensitive to any ingredient. Stop use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs and seek appropriate professional care when necessary.

Keep oils, powders, herbs, candles, fragrances, spiritual tools, and other products away from children and pets unless the product is specifically intended for them. Store products according to their labels and keep flammable materials away from heat, sparks, and open flames.

Candle safety: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface and away from curtains, paper, furniture, children, pets, and other flammable materials. Trim wicks as appropriate and discontinue use when the candle reaches the safe stopping point indicated by the product instructions.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping options and charges are determined at checkout based on the destination and available shipping method. The store is currently configured with free shipping options, including a domestic U.S. option. An international shipping option of $8.00 is also configured where available. The final shipping option and charge shown at checkout control the order.

Estimated delivery time for the configured standard shipping rate is 7–14 business days. Processing and preparation time may be required before an order is handed to the carrier, particularly for handmade or made-to-order items. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside Midnight Magic Florida's control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or requested reshipment may be the customer's responsibility.

5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & DAMAGED ORDERS

Because many Midnight Magic Florida products are handmade, prepared to order, personal-use items, or spiritual-service products, all sales are generally final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted simply because a customer changes their mind, dislikes a scent, or has a different expectation of a spiritual result.

If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact midnightmagicfl@gmail.com as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order information and clear photographs of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed. If an error is confirmed, Midnight Magic Florida may provide a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution at its discretion.

6. PRODUCT & SPIRITUAL-PRACTICE DISCLAIMER

Spiritual products and practices are not a replacement for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional services. Statements about traditional spiritual practices, herbs, oils, candles, rituals, or folk magic are provided for educational, cultural, spiritual, and traditional-practice purposes and are not promises of results.

No guarantee is made regarding the effectiveness of any spiritual product, ritual, candle spell, tarot reading, astrology reading, oil, powder, mojo bag, or other service or product. Individual experiences and results vary.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

By purchasing from Midnight Magic Florida, you agree to use products responsibly, follow all labels and safety directions, provide accurate order and contact information, and use spiritual services for lawful purposes. You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your personal circumstances, sensitivities, environment, and intended use.
